Check in time is 3pm. This is to allow adequate time for cleaning between tenants.

Entry Code

​

We will have sent you your own 4 digit code to enter the unit. The door will unlock automatically once you enter the 4 digits and press the Yale button. If for some reason you are unable to enter, then follow the procedure below for keys.

Keys

 

There is a key lockbox attached to the back patio door.  The combination is here.  If you need to use this key to enter and then PLEASE IMMEDIATELY replace it in the lock box panel.  The next renters need to use this key to enter.  Use your key in the deadbolt.  This is the only lock we lock.  There are 3-4 additional keys in the kitchen hanging on the wall.

Parking

 

There is no assigned parking at Ocean Edge.  This is designed to keep people from becoming crazy about their parking spot.  That having been said, people typically park in front of their units.  If you have multiple vehicles, there is overflow parking near the guardhouse.

Sponsored Guest Passes (Pool Passes)

These may be picked up at the membership guest at the Linx Clubhouse. The Linx clubhouse is on Villages Drive. See map. Your passes are paid for, and they give you access to pools, and sports/recreational facilities. If you would like to sign up for a class or rent equipment, that is a separate fee that you must pay for.

 

Linens

 

We no longer provide linens (sheets or towels) because we found that many guests preferred to bring their own, especially in the face of COVID-19. Linens can be rented from Cape Cod Linen Rental if you desire.
